Ordered a large pizza, 14 inch, just cheese, $18 plus tax. Probably cost them 3 bucks to make.17% food cost. Could of got two pizzas at Pizza Hut or Dominos, 3 toppings for the same price.
This isn't the strip pizza shops. -

Came here to try out the hot wings. Yes I know they are called Noble Roman's Pizza but I was craving wings at the time and I just happen to be at Arizona Charlie's. These guys are located in what appears to be a little food court sharing the same space as Subway.
They only have two flavors: Barbeque and Spicy. The Barbeque is tangy. The Spicy has little bit of kick to it. Both are not too overpowering and has good flavor. These guys cook their chicken through the pizza oven so in a way, that's bit healthier then deep frying it. From my pic you can see that the wings are a pretty big size. I got the 10 piece for 9 bucks and got half barbeque, half spicy.
I give the wings 4 stars. I give the establishment 2 because of the severe second hand smoke factor of the casino. So it averages out to 3. I recommend you order your wings and take it home instead of eating it there. Just the fact that you are there to order and wait about 10 minutes breathing in toxic chemicals can really deter you from making an extra trip here just for wings or pizza. Like I said, I just happen to be here for something else so wings it was.
As for the pizza, I will have to try it next time I am here. I don't recall seeing any other Noble Roman's any where else in the greater Las Vegas area. Until I try it, I will update this review accordingly. Good thing is, these guys are 24 hours.
So get the wings if you just happen to be here for any reason. If you are a smoker, than by all means, camp out and eat there.

I was staying at Arizona Charlie's during the 2016 AVN weekend and found this option inside the hotel for 24 hr munchies. They get 3 stars for good food, but they got docked for availability. First tried to order the Value Meal (personal pizza/breadsticks/drink - $10), but they said breadsticks were frozen and unavailable. I was given the option to add cookies or chips from the subway side, but didn't find that to sound too filling. Ok, plan B was to split a 14" pizza with my buddy. Between us, we dislike sausage, olives, and pepperoni so we opted to avoid the works pizza (supreme style/everything on it) and order the 1-topping. Mushrooms was listed on the menu, but we found out that was no longer available. (Someone needs to update that menu). So here we go with a third choice...which we end up succeeding on. Spicy wings & Pizza came out perfect. I would definitely eat here again, but be ready to have second and third choices, since there is a good chance what you actually want may not be available.
